At She Surat, we believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We are committed to offering the best of Indian products at the best prices. If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, you wish to return or exchange a product, please read the policy below carefully.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for genuine reasons (such as size issues, quality concerns, or incorrect product received).
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, email us at shesurat.online@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Method
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- All approved returns will be processed in the form of store credit only.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased during sale, or with coupon/discount codes, are non-returnable.
Defective or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must provide a pre-opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Without a valid pre-opening video, claims will not be accepted.
- All claims are subject to verification and approval.
Return Process
- Email your return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Wait for approval from our team.
- Once approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available), or
- You will need to courier the product to our warehouse.
- Clearly mention your Order ID on the parcel.
- After we receive the product, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
- Once approved, your store credit will be issued.
- A ₹200 deduction (operational + shipping charges) may apply for customer-initiated returns.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Email us at shesurat.online@gmail.com with your Order ID and exchange request.
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchange Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
- Products purchased during sale or with discounts are non-exchangeable.
Exchange Terms
- Exchange can be done for:
- The same product, or
- A different product of equal or higher value
- If a higher-value product is selected, the difference must be paid by the customer.
- If a lower-value product is selected, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Exchange Process
- Email your exchange request within 3 days.
- Wait for approval.
- Once approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available), or
- You must courier the product to our warehouse.
- Mention your Order ID on the parcel.
- Product will go through Quality Check (QC).
- After approval, your exchange will be processed.
- An ₹200 exchange processing fee may apply.
Additional Important Information
- Reverse pickup service is subject to availability based on location.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, courier charges must be borne by the customer.
- Designer Collection products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to photography and lighting.
- Accessories shown in images (tassels, jewellery, purses, etc.) are not included unless mentioned in the product description.
